About me
I place particular importance on the therapeutic relationship and aim to offer a space where you feel heard, safe and understood. Together, we take the time to make sense of your situation, explore new perspectives and strengthen your personal resources.
As a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, I offer confidential support tailored to your individual needs, taking into account your personal circumstances and your own pace.

My Therapeutic Approach
My approach is primarily based on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), which explores the relationships between thoughts, emotions and behaviours. I also integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which encourages a more flexible relationship with our internal experiences and helps us take action in accordance with our personal values and what matters most to us.
What does this mean in practice?
This may involve identifying recurring thoughts and automatic reactions, learning to gain some distance from them, and gradually exploring more helpful and fulfilling ways of responding, at your own pace. The aim is not to “think positively” at all costs, but to develop a more nuanced and compassionate relationship with yourself and others.
Depending on your needs, different therapeutic tools may be used, including structured conversations, practical exercises, emotional regulation techniques and cognitive strategies. In the context of anxiety, gradual exposure to feared situations may also be helpful.
A Personalised Approach
Therapy is tailored to your individual needs and circumstances, within a supportive and confidential setting. We work together at a pace that feels appropriate for you, with the aim of supporting lasting change, strengthening your personal resources and helping you integrate these changes into your everyday life.
I regularly pursue further professional training and participate in clinical supervision to maintain a high standard of therapeutic practice.
