« We all go through periods in life that can feel particularly challenging or overwhelming.
At such times, having someone to support you can offer space to pause, make sense of what you are experiencing and gradually regain a sense of stability. »
About me
I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, supporting adults who are experiencing psychological or emotional difficulties. I aim to provide a compassionate, confidential and supportive environment tailored to each person's individual circumstances.
My approach is integrative and draws primarily on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Together, we explore new ways of coping with difficulties, developing a better understanding of your thoughts and emotions, and working towards changes in related behavioural patterns.
The aim is to help you draw on your own strengths and resources, and gradually move towards a greater sense of well-being in everyday life.
What I can help with
Psychotherapy can be helpful when managing emotions becomes more difficult, when feelings of psychological exhaustion persist, or when certain difficulties repeatedly arise in relationships.
There does not always need to be a specific event that prompts someone to seek support. Sometimes, it is simply a sense of unease, significant stress, or the feeling of no longer moving forward as you once did.
I offer support in understanding what you are experiencing and exploring new perspectives, particularly in relation to:
-
Anxiety disorders, panic attacks and social anxiety.
-
Depressive symptoms, loss of motivation, feeling overwhelmed and burnout.
-
Crises, periods of change and challenging life events.
-
Psychosomatic symptoms, understanding your self-worth, building self-confidence and developing a more balanced view of yourself.
-
When faced with difficulties in interpersonal relationships
What to expect
-
You are welcome to contact me by phone or the contact form if you have any questions or would like to arrange an initial consultation.
The first consultation offers an opportunity for us to get to know each other, clarify your reasons for seeking support and discuss together how we might proceed with the therapeutic process..
-
Follow-up sessions provide space to reflect, gain a deeper understanding of how your experiences are connected, and explore new perspectives. They also aim to strengthen your personal resources, build confidence in your own abilities and foster greater independence.
Between sessions, we may explore specific strategies or exercises to help you try out changes in everyday life and gradually integrate them into your daily routine.
-
Sessions take place regularly, with the frequency agreed upon together, according to your individual situation and the goals we establish.
Each session usually lasts 50 minutes.
All discussions are treated as strictly confidential and are covered by professional secrecy.
