🌿 At certain points in life, things can feel heavier or more difficult to make sense of.
In such moments, being supported can offer space to breathe, to understand what is happening, and to gradually regain a sense of stability.

📍 Bissen
Sessions for adults, in Luxembourgish, French, German and English.
I am a clinical psychologist and licensed psychotherapist in Luxembourg, offering a calm, safe and confidential setting.
Together, we work at wour own pace to better understand wour difficulties and develop new ways of coping.
About me
In my practice, I support you in developing new strategies for dealing with challenging experiences and in finding a different way of relating to your emotions, thoughts, and the behaviours connected to them. My approach is primarily based on cognitive behavioural therapy and is complemented by elements of acceptance and commitment therapy. I place particular importance on the therapeutic relationship, which provides a safe and supportive space for openness, trust, and respect. This allows you to strengthen your personal resources and gradually build greater well-being in your everyday life.
Regarding my training, I obtained my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology in 2021 in Louvain-la-Neuve and subsequently completed further training in integrative psychotherapy. During this time, I began working in a hospital setting in 2021. Since 2023, I have been working in an outpatient setting with adults, adolescents, and children. From May 2026 onward, I will also offer consultations in my private practice in Bissen.
Psychotherapy may be helpful when managing emotions becomes more difficult in everyday life, when a persistent sense of mental fatigue emerges, or when relational difficulties keep repeating themselves. Many patients also seek help when a sense of distress becomes prominent or when growing anxiety consumes everyday energy and becomes an obstacle. At times, there may be no specific triggering event, but rather a feeling of no longer moving forward as before.
I support you in understanding what you are going through and in developing new perspectives, when faced with:
Anxiety disorders, panic attacks, and social anxiety
Depressive symptoms and loss of motivation
Stress, overload, and burnout
Challenging life events or periods of crisis
Psychosomatic symptoms
Difficulties in interpersonal relationships
Self-esteem and related concerns
Together, we explore the patterns that may be contributing to your current difficulties and develop practical strategies for meaningful and sustainable change.
How therapy works
Psychotherapeutic support develops progressively within a confidential framework designed around your individual situation.
✶ Initial Contact
Appointments can be scheduled via email or by phone (+352 661 003 783).
If I am in session, I may not always be able to answer calls immediately. You are welcome to leave a message, and I will get back to you as soon as possible.
✶ Therapeutic process
This first appointment allows us to get to know each other, clarify your request, and determine the next steps together.
Sessions take place regularly at a pace adapted to your needs, allowing for sustainable and meaningful change. The frequency of appointments is determined together. A session generally last 50 minutes.
Therapy sessions provide a space for reflection, developing a clearer understanding of the links between your experiences, and for opening new perspectives, while strenghening your personal resources as well as your inner sense of self-efficacy and autonomy.
Between sessions, certain reflections or practical exercises may be suggested to support the integration of change into your daily life.
Professional ethics and confidentiality are fully respected.
