🌿 Each person comes to therapy with their own story, their difficulties, but also their inner resources. My role is to accompany you in understanding what you are going through and to explore meaningful paths towards change.
A relationship grounded in trust, attentive listening, and respect forms the foundation of my work. Within a safe and supportive environment, I take the time to understand your situation in order to explore new perspectives.

Therapeutic approach
I primarily work with cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), an evidence-based approach that focuses on the interactions between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Together, we identify patterns that contribute to distress in order to better understand them and support meaningful, targeted change. I also integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), which aims to foster a more flexible relationship with internal experiences and to support actions guided by what truly matters to you.
In practice, this may involve exploring automatic thoughts and reactions, learning to step back from them, and gradually experimenting a more aligned and less hurtful way of responding. It is not about “thinking positively” at all costs, but about developing a more flexible and helpful way of relating to yourself and to situations that generate distress. Depending on your needs, we may draw on a range of approaches, including structured conversations, practical exercises, emotion regulation techniques, cognitive strategies, or - particularly in the case of anxiety - gradual and supported exposure to challenging situations.
Together, we build a personalised therapeutic process aimed at strengthening your resources, fostering lasting change, and supporting the integration of new experiences into your daily life.
To ensure a high standard of care, I keep on pursuing further training and engage in ongoing clinical supervision.
